about the artist

The award-winning art of Nancy Azneer is a combination of rich color, bold design, and beautifully executed presentation. Azneer's favorite subjects are wildlife and florals because of their strong personalities. Her mastery of watercolor, gouache and acrylic allow her to render each painting in the medium that best suits the subject.

Azneer is also an experienced web designer and developer. She posseses a unique combination of artistic, writing and technical talents allowing her to design, write and build a site from concept to finish - a blend rarely found in one person. "My paintings come from the heart; my web work is more pragmatic and is a blend of design, technical skills and great content." Azneer believes there should be passion in all forms of creativity, whether it is art or website development.

Azneer's paintings have been featured in Wildlife Art Magazine, Decor, and numerous local publications. She is past-president of the Escondido Art Association, and currently a member of the Thousand Oaks Art Association. Azneer currently works as a full-time manager of Internet Communications for a Fortune 500 company.

Azneer's education includes degrees in Graphics (University of Akron, Ohio), Journalism (Kent State University) and certificates in web design and development. Her work is published by Front Line Art Publishing and collected internationally.
